Asouzu discusses the OHADA Uniform Arbitration Regime, the Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards (the New York Convention), the Convention on the Settlement of Investment Disputes between States and Nationals of other States (the ICSID Convention), as well as African arbitration laws, their interpretation and application.
